It isn’t often that I buy new cutters because I already have so many, and even if I don’t have something, a template will cover the issue if necessary.
Today, however, I received a call for what will be an ongoing order, and I knew that for one of the shapes, I would need to purchase a cutter, specifically a long-sleeved shirt cutter, which I did. Having an actual cutter makes the work go so much faster than working with a template. So I took the leap and ordered the cutter, and it should be here within a few days. More on the specifics of this job later…
I don’t know why it is, but I seem to always struggle with having the perfect balance of three essential items in my kitchen: coffee, hazelnut creamer, and Sweet & Low. I’m always running out of one of the three, and if I’m missing one, the other two items become useless to me. So here it is, nearly 1:30 A.M., and I’m actually warming a cup of coffee in the microwave. I have so many other projects going on besides cookies, but I sure would love to have a photo cookie order right now of between 500-1000 cookies. That would just be awesome! All these big movie studios having premiers could be having my fine cookies at their events. Operators are standing by…
