The perfect balance

varcookI don’t know why it is, but I seem to always struggle with having the perfect balance of three essential items in my kitchen: coffee, hazelnut creamer, and Sweet & Low. I’m always running out of one of the three, and if I’m missing one, the other two items become useless to me. So here it is, nearly 1:30 A.M., and I’m actually warming a cup of coffee in the microwave. I have so many other projects going on besides cookies, but I sure would love to have a photo cookie order right now of between 500-1000 cookies. That would just be awesome! All these big movie studios having premiers could be having my fine cookies at their events. Operators are standing by…

Hi Bianca! Welcome to the website! As for the book, perhaps you could get your parents to purchase it for you. It just comes online… and then you could pay them back. The book has four or five basic recipes that I use in my business. Of course there are many types of cookies and a zillion cookie cookbooks to choose from. This book is really about teaching how to start a business. If you are in the Los Angeles area and want to take a class from me, or if you are in a reasonable distance from Los Angeles, just let me know. In the meantime, there is a link on the website to buy the book, so your parents can help you with that. Jenny
