It isn’t often that I buy new cutters because I already have so many, and even if I don’t have something, a template will cover the issue if necessary.
Today, however, I received a call for what will be an ongoing order, and I knew that for one of the shapes, I would need to purchase a cutter, specifically a long-sleeved shirt cutter, which I did. Having an actual cutter makes the work go so much faster than working with a template. So I took the leap and ordered the cutter, and it should be here within a few days. More on the specifics of this job later…

when making the cookie dough recipe that you have on line do the cookies keep the line of the cookie cutter pretty much I have used other recipes and they kinda loose their shape when baking. What shelf rack in the oven do you use? Middle or what?
